Wolfringo namespaces

Wolfringo has multiple namespaces. Most commonly used:

• TehGM.Wolfringo - core functionality of Wolfringo library.
• TehGM.Wolfringo.Commands - contains base ('surface') Commands System classes.
• TehGM.Wolfringo.Messages - contains all Wolfringo message and event classes.
• TehGM.Wolfringo.Messages.Responses - contains all Wolfringo response classes.
